Mark, a licenced builder in the A.C.T., N.S.W. and a qualified carpenter offers expertise, knowledge, his very best workmanship and understanding in clients’ needs and expectations in all aspects of residential type construction. With years of carpentry, building and construction experience, we broadened our knowledge and built the required relationships to be able to give the client a product they deserve, ranging from base range homes, high end homes, renovations and extensions.
Over past projects, we have learnt and filtered exactly what clients want, need and expect when choosing a builder, which is why when building with Entice Homes, you will liaise with the licenced builder throughout the whole construction process.

We offer a client to builder relationship where throughout the whole build process you will liaise direct with the licenced builder. Not only will the licenced builder liaise with you throughout the build, he will also liaise with trades/contractors and show presence onsite, ensuring each individual task is being completed to the best it could be.
It’s important in any type of construction that each individual process of the build is undertaken in accordance to the Building Code of Australia and meets Australian Standards.
We use the right trades in the correct sequence, completed within a timely manner and to a standard which leaves the client happy with not only the finished product, but how we have conducted ourselves throughout the build.

The knowledge and experience – Knowledge from years of contract work through various builders and an extended period of time working with various trades and clients, coordinating spec and client builds and hands on experience in residential and semi-commercial type construction. Entice Homes are licenced in N.S.W and the A.C.T. with director and owner having obtained Cert 4 in Carpentry and Construction, Cert 4 in Building and Construction and Diploma in Building and Construction.
The relationships – Entice Homes can’t provide the upmost service without the support of our trades and suppliers. All our trades are licenced and have the required experience to effectively do their job and understand what is expected of them. Through previous projects, Entice Homes and its trades have worked together, problem solved and always delivered a high quality product.
